In compliance with the trade regulations of the Federal Trade Commission (16 CFR Part 453), we are required to provide you with this General Price List. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only those items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTORS AND STAFF (AND OVERHEAD)..............................................$595.00
This is a fee which we charge every family for our basic services which include: 24 hour consultation, everyday availability with the family or responsible party, clerical services, coordinating service plans with cemetery, crematory and/or other involved parties, obtaining required authorizations and permits (locally), and a fee necessary to cover a proportionate share of our overhead costs such as licenses, insurance, maintenance of facilities and equipment, utilities, and a host of other costs related to being in business to serve the public.

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains as well as our packaged service plans.)

PREPARATION/EMBALMING........................................................................................................................................$175.00
Embalming is a chemical process, which provides temporary preservation of the body and eliminates certain health hazards. Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangements that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Service provided may include (when necessary) but not limited to the following: Restoration, cosmetology, washing, disinfecting when no embalming, dressing, and casketing of remains.
